Project | Sexual Harassment in the American Workplace, Senior Thesis

• During the second semester of my senior year, I am researching and writing on the prevalence of sexual harassment in the American workplace

• Using Feminist legal theory a methodological approach, I argue how this theory, now more than ever, is relevant to discussions on sexual violence/harassment in the workplace, and how these conversations operate in the public and private spheres.

• This project analyzes how legal discourse and the Me-Too movement mobilize feminist legal theory rhetoric

• In considering a more contemporary articulation of human rights, and its feminist dimensions, I argue it is essential to recognize the relationship between human rights and sexual violence.
